We’re looking for Support Workers to join our friendly team in Cranbrook, working across two neighbouring services – a Supported Living home and a Residential setting – both dedicated to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities to live happy, enriched, and independent lives.

- Traditional: 8:00am–3:15pm / 3:00pm–10:00pm
- Or longer shifts with fewer days (ideal for reducing travel/fuel costs)
- Rolling 2-week rota with earlies, lates, and alternate weekends
- Salary: £24,433.62 per year (based on 37 hours/week)
- Additional hours: £12.66/hour
- Weekend enhancement: +£1/hour
- Sleep-ins: £74 per night (after medication training and sign-off)
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll:
- Empower adults with learning disabilities to achieve independence
- Encourage participation in meaningful activities and community life
- Support with personal care, daily routines, and medication (training provided)
- Promote dignity, choice, and respect in all aspects of care
- Work closely with a supportive, person-centred team
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
- Flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts on a rota
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centred support
- A driver’s licence is helpful (for travel between services and activities)
- Experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided
